Hello, everyone.
I am Bane. I am the admin and creator of this board.
I have been RPing in Pern settings for more than 6 years now. I have been reading Anne's works for much longer than that. I actually don't remember how old I was when I started reading her books, but I was close to 10.
I have been the admin of several Weyrs, and moderator to a few more. I first got into Pern forums when I was 12 and looking for stuff on Anne McCaffrey. I found the Old Kitchen Table. I wasn't very active, but it was fun. When it closed down and became the New Kitchen Table, I joined as soon as I found it.
From there, I found several online RPs. The first Pern RP I was in was Triad Weyrs. It was the first of many for me, and the most memorable. I joined several other PBeMs, and then experienced my first burn out. It happens. I came back, but only to forum based RPs. I am now in one PBeM of which I am a moderator. It's small and slow paced, so I won't burn out on it. 
Now, the rest of the team will introduce themselves and such.
